Hub Not Working Due to Low Reception? Connect to Wi-Fi
If the Hub is not syncing data or showing delays, it may be due to poor cellular reception. You can switch the Hub to Wi-Fi mode to restore performance.
When to Use Wi-Fi Instead of Cellular
Use Wi-Fi if:
- The Hub is located in a basement, warehouse, or remote area with limited mobile coverage
- You consistently experience slow data syncs or offline status
How to Connect the Hub to Wi-Fi
- Swipe up on the Hub tablet screen to reveal the settings menu
- Tap the rounded button at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
- Select "Wi-Fi connection"
- Turn on the Wi-Fi toggle switch
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list
- Enter your network password
- Tap Connect
- Press the back arrow at the bottom of the screen
- Tap the SoterCoach Hub app to return to the main screen
Tips for Reliable Connectivity
- Ensure your Wi-Fi signal reaches the Hub location
- Avoid moving the Hub between areas without reconnecting
- Keep the Hub plugged in at all times for continuous operation
