Hub Not Working Due to Low Reception? Connect to Wi-Fi

If the Hub is not syncing data or showing delays, it may be due to poor cellular reception. You can switch the Hub to Wi-Fi mode to restore performance.

When to Use Wi-Fi Instead of Cellular

Use Wi-Fi if:

  • The Hub is located in a basement, warehouse, or remote area with limited mobile coverage
  • You consistently experience slow data syncs or offline status

How to Connect the Hub to Wi-Fi

  1. Swipe up on the Hub tablet screen to reveal the settings menu
  2. Tap the rounded button at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
  4. Select "Wi-Fi connection"
  5. Turn on the Wi-Fi toggle switch
  6. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list
  7. Enter your network password
  8. Tap Connect
  9. Press the back arrow at the bottom of the screen
  10. Tap the SoterCoach Hub app to return to the main screen

Tips for Reliable Connectivity

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi signal reaches the Hub location
  • Avoid moving the Hub between areas without reconnecting
  • Keep the Hub plugged in at all times for continuous operation
