Duplicate profiles in the dashboard can lead to inaccurate data, user confusion, and reporting errors. This guide explains how duplicates happen and how to prevent them.
❌ How Duplicate Profiles Are Created
Duplicates are usually caused when:
- A worker mistypes their login during check-in at the Hub
- A worker registers directly in the mobile app without linking from the Hub
- A login ID is edited in the dashboard, but the old QR code is still in use
✅ How to Prevent Duplicate Profiles

| Using the Hub | Make sure workers scan their correct QR code or use the correct login ID. Avoid typos. |
| Using the Mobile App | Workers must scan the QR code from the Hub to link accounts. Never create a new account manually. |
