How to Handle Incorrect Session Data on the Dashboard

⚠️ Issue

A user or Dashboard manager may notice that a session has been recorded incorrectly and appears wrong on the user's Activity page. This can happen, for example, when:

  • The wrong program was selected at the start of the session
  • The device was not returned to the Hub at the end of the last shift, causing the session to continue longer than intended

In these cases, the session data may look inaccurate or misleading.

‼️ Important Limitation

At this time, Soter cannot edit or delete individual wearing sessions once they have been recorded. Session data is stored as is to preserve data integrity.

If the break between sessions exceeds 30 days, the sessions are automatically divided. Any new session after this period will be treated as a new program and will be displayed accordingly on the user's Activity page.
