Hub Not Charging or Turning On
If your SoterCoach Hub is unresponsive or appears not to be charging, use the steps below to troubleshoot before escalating to support.
🔌 Step 1: Check All Power Connections
- Ensure the Hub tablet and base station are both plugged in
- Check the wall outlet
- Confirm the charging cable is fully inserted
- Use a known-working power outlet to rule out external power issues
- Look for any signs of physical damage to the cable or port
🔋 Step 2: Try Turning On the Hub
- Press and hold the power button on the side of the tablet for a few seconds
- Wait up to 10 seconds for the screen to light up
⚠️ The screen may take a few moments to respond — don't press repeatedly
⚠️ Still Not Working?
If the tablet still won't charge or power on:
- It may be due to a disconnected internal cable
