Hub Not Charging or Turning On

If your SoterCoach Hub is unresponsive or appears not to be charging, use the steps below to troubleshoot before escalating to support.

🔌 Step 1: Check All Power Connections

  • Ensure the Hub tablet and base station are both plugged in
  • Check the wall outlet
  • Confirm the charging cable is fully inserted
  • Use a known-working power outlet to rule out external power issues
  • Look for any signs of physical damage to the cable or port

🔋 Step 2: Try Turning On the Hub

  • Press and hold the power button on the side of the tablet for a few seconds
  • Wait up to 10 seconds for the screen to light up

⚠️ The screen may take a few moments to respond — don't press repeatedly

⚠️ Still Not Working?

If the tablet still won't charge or power on:

  • It may be due to a disconnected internal cable

  • A photo of the Hub setup
  • Confirmation that the tablet power button was pressed
  • Confirmation that cables are plugged in
  • Your site or company name
