Every chat and workflow you run inside a Project builds on what came before. Pick up exactly where you left off — no re-uploading context, no re-explaining the situation.

How to find it
Projects is the first item in the left-hand navigation, above Workflows. It is available on every plan. Your workspace administrator may need to switch the feature on.
How to get started
Create a Project
Select New Project on the Projects home page. Give it a name (for example, a client name, claim reference, or programme name) and an optional description.
Add your context
Upload files and links in the Sources tab. Set standing instructions in the Instructions tab so the agent knows what to apply to every chat and workflow.
Start working
Select New Chat or New Workflow inside the Project. SoterAI draws on everything in the Project automatically.
Already started work in a chat?
Open the chat, select the three-dot menu, and choose Move to Project. It will appear in the Project timeline and share the Project's context going forward. You can also pull a chat in from the Project side — open the Project, go to the Timeline tab, and select Add Existing Chat.
