Using Monday.com with SoterAI

What SoterAI can access

Once connected, SoterAI has read-only access to:

• Boards — all boards you have access to, including their structure and columns
• Items — tasks, projects, and records within boards
• Updates — comments and activity on items
• Subitems — nested items within parent items
• Groups — item groupings within boards
• Columns — custom fields and their values (status, dates, people, etc.)

What SoterAI cannot do

• Create, edit, or delete boards or items
• Change column values or statuses
• Post updates or comments
• Access boards you don't have permission to view
• Access workspace settings or user management

How to connect

Click the puzzle piece icon in the chat input bar to open the Connectors panel. Find Monday.com and click Connect.

You'll be redirected to Monday.com to authorize SoterAI. Sign in with your Monday.com account and grant access. Once complete, return to SoterAI — you're connected.
