📌 What Is the Needs Action Page?
The Needs Action page helps you proactively engage with workers based on their participation, risk level, and progress. It highlights users who require recognition, follow-up, or coaching — so you can take the right action at the right time.
🧠 Understanding Action Types
Here are the main labels you might see under "Type of Action" — and how to respond:
🏆 Top Performer
What it means: Worker is showing consistent improvement in reducing ergonomic hazards.
What to do: Recognize their progress!
- Offer a high five 👋
- Provide positive feedback
- Consider a small reward (e.g. lunch voucher, safety prize)
🔄 Seeks Re-Engagement

What to do:
- Check in with them.
- Reaffirm the purpose of the program.
- Encourage them to complete their sessions.
📉 Coaching Required
What it means: The worker has completed 3+ days, but still falls into the higher risk group.
What to do:
- Meet with the worker.
- Offer ergonomic tips or review movement technique.
- Consider a workstation or task assessment for further risk reduction.
✅ Taking Action in the Dashboard
Use the buttons on the right of the Needs Action page to:
- Log follow-up or coaching steps
- Reassign or escalate if multiple people manage the workflow
- Use the "Free Notes" section in the worker profile to document the action, especially when responsibilities are shared across departments.
