Managing Workspace Invitations

Users can be invited to join company workspaces in SoterAI. Each invitation has a limited validity period and will expire after a set time. The expiration date and time are displayed in the "Expires at" column.

What Happens When an Invitation Expires

If an invitation expires, it can no longer be accepted. To resolve this:

  1. The invited user should remove the expired invitation from their list
  2. Contact the workspace owner or manager to request a new invitation
  3. Accept the new invitation before it expires

Note: Only workspace owners and managers can send invitations to new team members.
