Troubleshooting common issues with external app connections in SoterAI.
"Connection expired" or the action fails
Some authorization tokens expire over time. Ask SoterAI to reconnect: "Reconnect to Google Drive". It will give you a new authorization link.
I'm only getting one result when I expect more
Re-authorize the connection — the initial authorization may have been granted with limited permissions. Ask SoterAI to reconnect and make sure to accept all requested permissions.
The app I want isn't listed
Not all apps are available yet. Contact your SoterAI account team to request a specific integration.
I asked SoterAI to do something but it said it's not allowed
SoterAI connectors are currently read-only. Actions like sending emails, creating files, or posting messages are not yet supported.
