File Upload Limits in SoterAI
SoterAI supports uploading photos, videos, and documents in General Chat, and documents in Data Sources. The limits that apply depend on your plan — not on whether you are an Employer or Insurer customer.
General Chat
You can attach up to 10 files per message in General Chat.

Note: The 2 MB document limit and 20-page PDF limit are shown as Starter plan limits in the upload popup — Enterprise users have no such caps.
