How to Change a User's Job Role

To change the job role assigned to a user, follow these steps:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the user(s) whose job role you want to update.
  2. Click the User actions button located above the user list.
  3. Select Link to entry.
  4. A pop-up window will appear displaying a list of available job roles. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find a specific role.
  5. Select the desired job role.
  6. Click Link to entry to confirm.

✅ The selected job role will replace the user's previous role.
