This release brings two major updates to SoterAI — a new AI-powered Ergo Advisor Workflow and a significant expansion of Risk Intelligence, now active across every conversation and workflow in the platform.
Ergo Advisor Workflow is live
What it does
You can now run comprehensive, AI-powered ergonomic assessments directly in SoterAI — with no pre-defined outcomes.
- Ergo Advisor goes beyond traditional body tracking. It measures the forces applied during tasks, precise wrist positions, and the context behind the work — understanding why a task is performed, not just how.
- The AI agent asks targeted questions about the workstation, tasks, and environment, then adapts in real time to build a complete ergonomic profile — capturing forces, wrist mechanics, and task context as you respond.
- You control the depth and focus of every assessment. A full ergonomic assessment that previously took hours now completes in minutes.

How to find it
Navigate to Workflows › Ergonomics › Ergo Advisor.

- 2Select the Ergonomics category.
- 3Open Ergo Advisor and start a new assessment.
Risk Intelligence is live — and more powerful than ever
What it does
Risk Intelligence is the most powerful AI-powered safety context ever built — trained on your organization's own data. It's now present in every conversation you have with SoterAI and every workflow you run. You don't go looking for it — it's always there, working in the background.
- Every answer SoterAI gives you, every recommendation it makes, is grounded in your organization's risks, environment, and history — not generic advice.
- Risk Intelligence is built by ingesting your organization's documentation — incident reports, hazard logs, and control records. The more you ingest, the deeper and more accurate your Risk Intelligence becomes.
- Intelligence Credits power the ingestion process. Each document you ingest consumes credits, managed at the organization level. Using Risk Intelligence in conversations and workflows, once built, is unlimited.
Who it's for
All SoterAI users benefit from Risk Intelligence automatically. Organization Owners and Super Admins can monitor and manage Intelligence Credits consumption via the Credits Meter in the Billing page.
How to find it
Risk Intelligence is active automatically in all conversations and workflows. To monitor your Intelligence Credits:
- 1Go to the Billing page in SoterAI.
- 2Scroll to the bottom section.
- 3The Intelligence Credits Meter shows your real-time usage and per-workspace breakdown.
