Organising your My Workflows tab
The My Workflows tab is your personal landing page on the Workflows page. It shows only the workflows you have added for this workspace, plus two always-present shortcuts at the top. This article walks through what appears on the tab, how to add and remove workflows, and what to expect when your tab is empty. For an overview of the two-tab model and how My Workflows relates to the Library, see the Workflows Overview article.
What appears on the My Workflows tab
In order from top to bottom:
- Quick Start tiles — always-present shortcuts to General Chat and Create a Workflow.
- Category groups — every workflow you have added, grouped by its category (Safety, Ergonomics, Documentation, Custom Workflows, Enterprise, and so on). Each category group can be collapsed or expanded using the arrow on its header.
What appears here is specific to you in this workspace. Two members of the same workspace can have different My Workflows tabs because each member adds and removes workflows independently.
Quick Start tiles
Two tiles appear at the top of My Workflows:
- General Chat — opens a fresh chat with SoterAI. The tile's Use Now button starts a conversation.
- Create a Workflow — opens the workflow builder. The tile's Create Now button launches the creation flow.
These tiles are always present and cannot be removed.
Category groups
Added workflows are organised into collapsible category groups. Click the arrow on a category header to collapse the group and hide its workflows, or to expand it and show them again. Categories with no added workflows are not displayed.
Running a workflow with Use Now
The Use Now button on a My Workflows card runs a workflow you have already added. There is no state change to your My Workflows tab — the workflow stays added, the category group does not change.
For the difference between Use Now in My Workflows and Try It on a Library card, see the Workflows Overview article.
Removing a workflow from My Workflows
If you no longer want a workflow on your My Workflows tab, click its ✓ Added button on the card. This removes it from your My Workflows tab. The workflow's card remains visible in the Library with the button showing Add +, so you can re-add it at any time.
The empty state
If you have not added any workflows yet — typical for a new user — your My Workflows tab shows only the Quick Start tiles plus a short message guiding you to the Library to find workflows for your role.
Once you add a workflow from the Library, it appears on this tab under its category.
Things to know
- My Workflows is per-user, per-workspace. Your add and remove choices apply only to your view in this workspace. Switching workspaces shows a different My Workflows tab.
- Adding a workflow does not affect anyone else. Your colleagues in the same workspace see their own tab.
- Quick Start tiles are fixed. The General Chat and Create a Workflow tiles are always present and cannot be removed or repositioned.
- Category groups appear only when they have content. If you remove all workflows from a category, that category group disappears from the tab.
