Reading your weekly Action digest

The weekly Action digest is a single email that shows what needs your attention this week. It exists so that individual Actions do not have to chase you: there are no "due soon" emails and no daily overdue reminders.

When it arrives

Every Monday, at the same moment.

If you have nothing due this week and nothing overdue, no digest is sent. An empty digest never goes out.

What it contains

The digest is split into two sections:

SectionWhat is listed
Due this weekActions assigned to you with a due date inside the current week.
OverdueActions assigned to you whose due date has passed, and Actions you assigned to someone else that are now past their due date.

Each row shows the Action title, its due date and the related record, and links straight to the Action. A link at the end opens your full Action list.

Completed and archived Actions are never listed. If a section is long, the digest lists the first entries and links to the rest.

How many emails you receive

One digest per organisation you belong to. Each email covers every workspace of that organisation you have access to, with the Actions grouped by workspace, so five workspaces in one organisation still means one email. If you work across three organisations, you receive three digests.

The digest is always personal to you. There is no shared digest for a team or an organisation.

Overdue Actions

An Action going overdue does not send its own notification. Both the person it is assigned to and the person who assigned it find out through their Monday digest — which is why the Overdue section covers Actions you assigned as well as Actions you own.

Turning the digest off

The digest is its own row in the Notification preferences card under Profile Settings → Notification Settings, so you can switch it off without affecting anything else. It is email only, and the card shows no in-app toggle for it — the digest never appears in your notification panel.
