SoterAI is now available as a native bot inside Microsoft Teams and Slack. You can report hazards, run safety workflows, get instant regulatory answers, submit records, and draft documents — all without leaving the tools your team already works in.

What it does
- You can now ask SoterAI safety and compliance questions, run workflows, submit records, and analyse photos and videos directly inside Microsoft Teams or Slack — no browser or platform switch required.
- You can @-mention SoterAI in any Teams channel or group chat for team-wide visibility, or use it in a private direct message.
- Every conversation in Teams or Slack is also accessible in the SoterAI web platform, so you can open Canvases, edit documents, and review your full chat history there.

EHS professionals, safety managers, frontline workers, supervisors, and training coordinators.
How to find it
Draft emails from SoterAI
What it does
- You can now ask SoterAI to draft an email for you — for example, a safety alert, an incident notification, or a follow-up to a site inspection.
- The drafted email is saved directly to the draft folder of your connected email client, ready for you to review and send.
- This works from anywhere in SoterAI — the web platform, Teams, or Slack.
Who it's for
Any SoterAI user who wants to draft and send emails without leaving their workflow — particularly useful for safety managers and EHS professionals communicating findings, alerts, or action items.
