Workflow Library is live
The Workflow Library is now live. Browse purpose-built workflows for your role, build custom ones, and share them across your org — all from a single Library tab. This release also brings full Workflow Lifecycle Management and Record Type Sharing.
Workflow Library
What it does
- You can now browse every workflow your workspace can access from a single Library tab. Workflows are organised by vertical — Getting Started, EHS/Risk, Claims, Producers, Analytics — so you find what you need in seconds.
- You can add workflows to your personal My Workflows tab, try them without adding, or search across the entire library.
- No more generic AI. These are structured workflows built for the actual work you do.
Who it's for
All users.
The library is growing. Environmental, psychosocial, and industry-specific workflows are being added now.
Workflow Lifecycle Management
What it does
- Create your own custom workflows, then edit, share, clone, and archive them — all from the workflow menu.
- Edit updates your instructions and metadata instantly across all shared workspaces. Share sends workflows to specific workspaces or org-wide with in-app notifications.
- Clone creates an independent copy so you can experiment without affecting the original. Archive removes a workflow from all workspaces immediately, and restoring it restores all previous sharing automatically.
Permissions note: Lifecycle actions (edit, share, clone, archive) are available to workspace owners and managers only.
Who it's for
All users — lifecycle actions for workspace owners and managers.
How to find it
Workflows Page → Custom Workflow tile → ⋮ menu (top right)

Record Type Sharing
- Share Record Types (forms and checklists) across workspaces within your organisation. Build a form once, share it to every workspace instantly — no more recreating the same checklist across teams.
- Especially useful for safety managers and risk control teams.
- Find it at: Record Type → 3-dot menu → Share
