Many users want SoterAI to generate reports in their own branding and style. There are several ways to do this — below are the best practices for getting reports that look and sound like your organization, every time.
Use your brand as a template
Give SoterAI your report templates, logos, and brand guidelines, and it will match your style when it writes reports.
Store your brand assets in Data Sources
Add your report templates, logos, and brand guidelines to Data Sources ahead of time. SoterAI has time to process the files, so report generation is quick when you need it.
Upload directly into the chat
If SoterAI has already done the analysis and it's time for a report, upload your template, logo, and guidelines straight into the chat first and tell it to use them as templates.
Edit an existing document
Sometimes it's not a fresh report you need, but changes to a file you already have. That's a job for SuperDoc, SoterAI's built-in editor.

Edit an existing document

Describe the adjustment the way you'd explain it to a colleague — plain language works best.
Re-upload the template and regenerate
If the first attempt isn't close enough, re-upload the report template and ask SoterAI to regenerate the report, making sure it follows the template exactly.
The more consistently you supply the same template, logo, and guidelines, the more consistently SoterAI reproduces your brand — treat your first great result as the template to reuse going forward.

Be specific about styling
Naming exact colors, fonts, or logo placement gets you closer on the first try than a general request to "use our branding."
