Scheduled Workflows is live
Custom workflows in SoterAI can now be scheduled to run automatically on a recurring cadence — hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom schedule you define. Once enabled, the workflow runs itself with no manual trigger required.
Scheduled Workflows is live
What it does
- Any custom workflow can now be given a schedule — hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or an advanced cron-style cadence. Once the Schedule Enabled toggle is on and changes are saved, the workflow runs automatically at the times you set.
- Scheduled workflows run entirely on their own. There is no need to be in the app or manually trigger anything — the agent performs the task and produces its output independently.
- You can pause or resume a schedule at any time by toggling Schedule Enabled off or on. Your schedule configuration is preserved when paused.
- Schedules can be added when creating a new workflow or by editing an existing one. The scheduling controls are in the same Draft Record panel used to build and manage workflows.
- All scheduled times are in UTC. The schedule summary (e.g. "Every Monday at 6 AM UTC") is shown beneath the frequency selector so you can confirm the timing before saving.
Who it's for
Any SoterAI user who has built a custom workflow and wants it to run automatically on a recurring basis — particularly useful for safety managers, EHS professionals, and risk teams running regular reporting, monitoring, or research tasks.
How to find it
Open any custom workflow to edit it, or create a new one. In the Draft Record panel, scroll to Schedule Enabled, toggle it on, choose your frequency, and click Save Changes.
- 1Go to the Workflows page and open or create a custom workflow.
- 2In the Draft Record panel, scroll to Schedule Enabled and toggle it on.
- 3Select a frequency — Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Advanced.
- 4Configure the day and time as required.
- 5Click Save Changes. The workflow will now run automatically on that schedule.
