What it does

You can now write instructions for the AI and save them as reusable workflows — so the same process runs consistently every time, without re-explaining it from scratch.

You can define standardized inputs and specify exact output formats (such as a particular report layout), giving you full control over how the AI executes your process.

You can share your workflows with colleagues and other members of your organization, so your whole team operates from the same standardized playbook.

Who it's for

Custom Workflows is available to all users. It's especially valuable for professionals who run recurring tasks — inspections, audits, incident reviews, report generation — and need the AI to execute those processes reliably and consistently every time.

How to find it

Navigate to the Workflows page in the main navigation. From there, you can create a new workflow, save it, and run it at any time.
